

Project goals:
- Provide digital marketing materials for the launch of WinZip 26
- Modernize website and update branding to unify WinZip with parent brand (Corel)
- Project scope included branding update, packaging and wordmarks, product pages, eComm landing pages, social media graphics, and PR
Project manager responsibilities:
- Gathered and published client requirements
- Identified project team, including creatives (copywriter, designer, developer) and client point person
- Led weekly stand-ups to keep project on track
- Scheduled and assigned 30 creative job requests, ensuring work was completed by the right person, on-time, according to requirements

As a former member of the WinZip team, I was uniquely qualified to manage the creative projects for this launch. I received positive comments from the client for reducing their workload and number of creative requests.
