A sampling of broadcast emails, each sent to over 500 recipients. Evite templates were designed and coded by a freelance designer to match print marketing materials. These broadcast emails were sent to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors; parents; and high school counselors, encouraging them to apply to UT Dallas or attend a yield event.
Average clickthrough-rate (CTR) for these emails was 4.8%, with list sizes ranging from 6,000 to 180,000.
My role
Manager: Acted as liaison between marketing office and freelance web designer; gathered and provided design feedback during review; supervised email testing to ensure quality control in all major email providers, browsers and devices (Gmail, Live, Yahoo, and Outlook).
