The award-winning* UT Dallas Student Success Center website redesign was completed in 2017, taking just over 6 months. The stakeholders requested a modern, branded site with improved site organization that would allow students to find important information easily.

*The SSC redesign received the 2017 NCLCA (National College Learning Center Association)/LSCHE (Learning Support Centers in Higher Education) Website Excellence Award.

My role

Project manager: Set project timeline; planned sitemap and navigation structure; led project team that consisted of a web designer, two web developers, and multiple testers; acted as point of contact for stakeholders and web team; coordinated content delivery; edited content; led regular project meetings; created redirect plan to ensure important links remained usable after redesign launch.
