Completed in 2017. I took over after the project lead took extended leave, and saw the redesign through its final month. Project goals were to move the Science/Math Education (SME) site to its own directory and migrate it to WordPress; update the site structure and navigation; and make the site responsive and branded using a premade UT Dallas template.

My role

Project manager: Set launch date; acted as point of contact for SME  and web teams; reported issues to web team; supervised content updates by student worker; created redirect plan to ensure important links remained usable after redesign launch.
