I managed the creative collateral for multiple product launches at Alludo. Each launch had unique goals, but shared goals included: Modern graphics and copy to promote new features, and enhanced user experience.

  • Managed cross-functional project plans to track priorities, task deadlines, and overall progress.
  • Identified and coordinated the project teams, including a copywriter, web lead, web production, design lead, and design production.
  • Led weekly stand-up meetings with clients to review priorities and address roadblocks.
  • Scheduled, assigned, and tracked an average of 70 creative job requests, collaborating with creative team and stakeholders in marketing, product, and sales.
